Amazing Salads (Tues 28 February)

Absolutely anything can go in a salad from fruit, nuts, beans and pulses. This workshop (6.30pm-9pm) will show you how to make the average salad quite special, with food combinations ideal for starters, sides and main courses, as well as for buffets and casual dining!

Introduction to Vegan Cooking (Thurs 6 April)

Cornucopia's James de Burca will provide tips to incorporate a vegan, plant-based regime into your diet. During this afternoon session (2pm-4.30pm) he will teach you about innovative and ‘free from’ contemporary cooking methods. You don't have to be a vegan to attend this course!

Vegetarian Workshop (Sat 15 July)

Learn to improve your diet and introduce some new ingredients into your everyday eating. This workshop (10am-4pm) will combine freshness and fun with Cooks Academy focus on developing your cooking skills.

You'll leave with a whole new selection of dishes such as Rosemary and Borlotti Bean Risotto, Fresh Tabbouleh, Pumpkin Muffins, Middle Eastern Butterbean Tagine. that you will be able to cook for yourself or next time family and friends visit.

Vegan Cooking for Everyone (Tues 19 September)
Discover how to incorporate a plant-based diet into your daily life during this five-week course, as Cornucopia chef James de Burca will take you through his favourite vegan recipes each Tuesday evening from 6.30pm to 9pm.

Supercharge your body with his super-foods and use this course as part of your weight loss, cholesterol lowering, fitness or strength and conditioning regime.
